How do I return an item?

Returning an item is easy! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of receiving your order.

Here’s how:

1. Start your return online
   • Visit our Returns Portal and follow the steps to register your return.
2. Pack your item
   • Make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
   • Include the original packaging and tags
3. Send it back
   • Print your return label and attach it to the parcel
   • Drop it off at your nearest Australia Post location

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 – 10 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s done.
