Yes, you can return your item in-store — if it is purchased from our official online store.
To return in-store, please make sure:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- You bring your order confirmation email as proof of purchase
Our store team will inspect the item and process your return on the spot. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5 – 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Please note: Items purchased from other retailers or third-party sellers must be returned directly to the place of purchase.
