Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 – 7 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as it’s completed.
Here’s what to expect:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account
- If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be returned to the same gift card
