If you would like to claim a manufacturing defect on your item/s purchased from New Balance Online please email Customer Care at nbweb.cservice@newbalance.com Please attach images of the following and include your online order number:
- The concerned areas of the product.
- The soles of the shoes (If footwear).
- The underside of the tongue - which displays the product information box. (If footwear).
A Customer Care representative will be able to assist further.
If your New Balance Products were purchased through one of our wholesale partners you will need to revisit or contact the place of purchase as New Balance has return agreements in place with our Wholesale Partners
