We are happy to replace all items damaged in transit and/or containing a manufacturer's defect. Delivery charges incurred will be waived.
If you would like to claim a manufacturing defect on your item/s please email Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach images of the following:
- The concerned areas of the product.
- The soles of the shoes (If footwear).
- The underside of the tongue - which displays the product information box. (If footwear).
A Customer Care representative will be able to assist further.
